Expecting to get some grilled fresh seafood, but ended up with disappointment. The grilled chicken is not well-marinated.
Hopefully, they improve in terms of the taste, and freshness of the ingredients used.

Sate Kacang Pak Can

This is the legendary satay with peanut sauce in Medan, having a history of at least 45 yrs and now managed by the third generation.

I ordered chicken and mutton with lontong. Its chicken are in small cube size without any fats or skins which to me is a plus point. Whilst its mutton has some fats in between the meat to bring out the fragrance. Its peanut sauce is not sweet, lots of grind peanuts and not too spicy. Before tying with rubber band, he added fried shallot and squeeze a lime.

The mutton stands out more because of the fats, but the chicken is not that bad. #halal
